We’re Looking For A: Logistics Coordinator - B2B Retail Transportation

Location: Chatsworth, CA

Schedule: M-F, 7am - 4:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Schedule retail delivery appointments and coordinate pickup dates with warehouse operations to meet appointment times and Expected Delivery Dates (EDD).
• Coordinate outbound B2B retail shipments across multiple warehouse locations.
• Arrange LTL and FTL shipments in accordance with retailer routing guides and compliance requirements.
• Ensure shipments are accurate, on time, and aligned with customer delivery windows.
• Manage transportation activity through TMS platforms and logistics partners, including BlueGrace and other carriers.
• Coordinate carrier bookings, shipping documentation, and daily transportation schedules.
• Track shipments from origin to final delivery and maintain shipment visibility through carrier systems.
• Investigate and resolve transportation issues such as missed pickups, delays, damages, shortages, and claims.
• Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, and critical issues to internal teams and leadership as needed.
• Ensure shipments meet retailer compliance standards for labeling, documentation, and delivery requirements.
• Help reduce compliance risks that may lead to retailer chargebacks.
• Generate and maintain KPI reports for transportation performance, including OTIF, on-time pickup, on-time delivery, carrier service, freight execution accuracy, and retail compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve transportation efficiency, workflows, service levels, and operational performance.

Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):

• Experience working in logistics, transportation coordination, or distribution operations.
• Experience coordinating shipments and working with freight carriers or brokers.
• Ability to manage logistics operations in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Experience supporting B2B retail distribution operations (preferred)
• Experience working with large retail customers (preferred)
• Experience using TMS platforms, Deposco, NetSuite, or similar systems (preferred)
• Previous experience in warehouse or fulfillment operation (preferred)
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and data analysis (preferred)
• Bilingual English / Spanish (preferred)

The pay range is $21-$27/hr
