How to Calculate Your Pay Differential

Understanding your pay differential is important to knowing how your compensation is adjusted based on your location.

1. Identify the Salary Range of the Job You're Interested In:

  • Refer to the salary range of the job you're interested in. You can find this at the bottom of our job description.

2. Determine Your State’s Differential Percentage:

  • Refer to the table above to find the pay differential percentage for your state.

3. Calculate the Adjustment:

Multiply the projected salary by the differential percentage (converted to a decimal). For example, if the projected salary is $100,000 and your state’s differential percentage is 90%, the calculation would be:

Adjustment = 100,000 x 0.9 = $90,000

*Note: These percentages are subject to change based on periodic reviews and updates to our compensation policies.

By following these steps, you can easily understand how your pay is adjusted based on your location, ensuring that you are compensated fairly and equitably.
