GENDER

With slightly over half of our Hippos identifying as female, there is a significant representation of women within our community. Embracing different gender identities not only promotes equal representation but also enriches the community by incorporating a wide range of perspectives, fostering creativity, and encouraging understanding among members. 

AGE

The data showcases a good balance between different age groups, ranging from individuals in their 20s to their 60s. This generational diversity is advantageous for problem-solving and decision-making, as it brings together a mix of perspectives shaped by different life experiences and historical contexts.

ETHNICITY/RACE
