We’re Looking For A: Facilities Coordinator who will ensure that our offices are well-maintained and provide an optimal work environment for our staff. This role is responsible for maintaining our office appearance, kitchen & facility maintenance. Oversee shipping & receiving. Provides backup to front office reception and office assistant as needed.

Location: Woodland Hills, CA

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide general day-to-day facility support of our Woodland Hills Headquarters - Daily on-site presence required.
  • Manage the overall upkeep & aesthetics of the office. 
  • Ensure conference rooms are clean and sanitized, chairs pushed in, no dishes or trash anywhere in the office. 
  • Manage the Office Kitchen:
    • Ensure the kitchen is fully stocked, clean & organized at all times. Place food delivery orders daily.
    • Ensure dishes are put away from the night before, restock Coffee bar area/coffee stations, snack station. 
    • Handle set-up of kitchen area when catering arrives. 
  • Manage the set-up/tear-down of special office activities/events. 
  • Perform routine maintenance/custodial tasks throughout the work day. 
  • Manage office upkeep, which involves cleaning, supply restocking, facility inspections, and gym locker room maintenance.
  • Employ company or personal vehicle to run grocery errands as necessary.
  • Provide backup support for front office operations, including reception duties, package management, guest services, and studio supply coordination.
  • Assist the Executive Assistant to the CEO with special projects as needed.

  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Ability to prioritize with changing workloads.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Team player.
  • High School Diploma  or GED Equivalent
  • Some college Coursework preferred
  • 2-3 years facilities or office support experience. 
  • Familiarity with GSuite or MS Office. 
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle in good working order.

The base salary range is $20.67 - $27.60 per hour, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
