We’re Looking For A: Search Engine Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for overseeing paid search and shopping campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, this position entails comprehensive involvement in the entire campaign life cycle. Key responsibilities include conducting keyword research, crafting advertisements, updating Merchant Centers with new products, conducting performance tests, establishing budgets, executing sales, and optimizing campaigns for optimal results.

Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Remote)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Establish, managing, analyzing, and optimizing paid search and shopping accounts and budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to align with ROI objectives and other key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research and analysis to remain abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape, ensuring campaigns are optimized for relevancy and effectiveness.
  • Conceptualize, implement, and assess outcomes of A/B testing initiatives and conversion rate optimization strategies for landing pages, striving for continual improvement in campaign performance. 
  • Foster and sustain proactive relationships with network representatives to remain well informed about upcoming changes, trends, tactics, and tools, enabling the adept navigation of campaigns through evolving landscapes. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to facilitate marketing projects, ensuring accurate pricing and product launches that align with overarching campaign objectives. 
  • Routinely perform audits of conversion actions to verify accurate attribution channels, ensuring precision in campaign analytics and reporting.

  • Skillful in managing multiple projects with the ability to organize, prioritize, and structure workloads effectively. 
  • Possesses strong mathematical and analytical skills. 
  • Demonstrates an exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Proficient in utilizing spreadsheets, including Excel and Google Sheets. 
  • Creative thinker who welcomes constructive feedback. 
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. 
  • Self-motivated individual with a collaborative approach to teamwork. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Demonstrates a passion for promoting pet health.
  • 2 year of experience with search engine marketing 
  • Experience managing paid search campaigns for google ads & Bing ads while hitting key performance metrics including conversions, top impression share, new customer rate.
  • 3 years of experience with search engine marketing preferred.
  • High School or GED Equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $55,800 - $74,500, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
