How do you celebrate culture internally?
At Golden Hippo, we celebrate our incredibly unique and thriving company culture through virtual and in-person events hosted by employees eager to share aspects of their heritage, such as cooking classes or cultural traditions, with their colleagues. In our weekly company-wide meetings, we spotlight different departments and recognize individual or team accomplishments on key projects. Additionally, our Slack channels #thismademyweek and #diversityandinclusion provide dedicated spaces for employees to share culture-related posts and stories, fostering a sense of community and inclusivity across the company.
