We’re Looking For A: Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager leads daily fulfillment operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and on-time performance. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this role is accountable for ensuring B2B retail orders are processed in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and delivered to meet the expectations of our national retail partners.

This is a high-visibility, "boots-on-the-ground" leadership role designed for an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. You do not simply oversee the warehouse; you engineer the daily flow of inventory to maximize productivity. You will lead a versatile, high-performance team of 15–20 personnel, ensuring that every inbound container and every outbound pallet meets the elite compliance standards and strict delivery windows that our industry demands.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Align daily warehouse operations with company goals and performance targets
• Lead inbound, picking, packing, shipping, and e-commerce/retail fulfillment activities
• Ensure SLA adherence, order accuracy, and compliance with routing/shipping requirements
• Monitor KPIs (UPH, accuracy, ship times) to drive performance and identify bottlenecks
• Optimize workflows, warehouse layout, and processes to improve productivity
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 15–20 employees
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and audit-ready work environment
• Support staffing plans and prepare operations for peak/seasonal volume

• Strong performance management and accountability mindset
• Data-driven decision making and root cause problem solving
• Clear communication across frontline teams and leadership
• Ability to partner cross-functionally and align operational needs
• Skilled in reporting performance metrics and operational updates to leadership
