Retail Clerk  

We’re Looking For A(n): The Retail Clerk is responsible for preparing retail and special-order items for shipment. Additional responsibilities include order distribution, shipment audits and ensuring that every order released is packed to completion. Safety, accuracy, and teamwork must be promoted within all levels of Retail. This person will provide operational support and collaborate with the Operations team for continuous improvement and consistency of processes. Hands on approach, interacting daily as part of the team. Actively supports the Company’s vision and goals. The Retail Associate is also responsible for the meeting daily and weekly Retail goals.

Location: Memphis, TN

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Fulfill all Retail orders within 48 hours
• Manage/update dedicated google sheets and slack channels
• Ensure workflow is executed in accordance with SOP’s and job aids
• Collaborate with management to relay team performance, and optimize procedures in accordance with company policies
• Maintain consistent workflow by adhering to the order distribution process
• Ensure the organization and effectiveness of the order desk and printing area
• Meet effective and accurate goals set by the management team
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized fulfillment center
• Resolve first-level operational issues and escalate them as necessary to the Fulfillment Manager
• Responsible for various data entry
• May be required to load/unload trucks

• Deadline driven and resourceful with ability to take direction
• Ability to communicate in a multicultural environment
• This is a full-time position. Standard 40-hour work week, however candidate must be able and willing to work extended hours for special events and when necessary
• Consistent attendance and adhering to work schedule and attendance policy
