We are the customer service center for Golden Hippo's 20+ health, wellness, beauty, and pet care brands. Having such a vast catalogue and products ensures that no two days are the same! We provide personalized, comprehensive care to consumers all over the globe. This includes giving great advice, assisting with sales, and troubleshooting any issues our customers may be experiencing! 

What is the recruiting process like?

We take pride in our recruiting process, designed to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and our team. Our process unfolds in several stages, each carefully crafted to identify the best talent:

  1. Application Review: After you apply to Golden Customer Care, one of our Talent Acquisition Partners will take a look at your application to assess your qualifications and skills.
  2. Recruiter Phone Screen: If the TA Partner decides they'd like to learn more about you, you'll hop on a call with them so they can better understand your background and experience, aligning your profile with our job requirements.
  3. Hiring Manager Interview: This crucial step involves a conversation with the Hiring Manager. They delve deeper into your expertise, ensuring a perfect match with our organizational needs.
  4. Hiring Team Interviews: Here, you have the opportunity to interact with key members of our team. We believe in the power of collaboration, and these interviews help us assess your compatibility with our dynamic work environment.
  5. Offer: Congratulations! If you successfully navigate through the previous stages, we extend a well-deserved offer to you, welcoming you to our Golden Customer Care team.

For most positions within our organization, you have the flexibility to choose where you want to work.
