What Your Day to Day Looks Like:

Follow company packing procedures and standards
Handle inventory with care and attention to detail
Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner
Utilize continuous improvement mindset and assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes
Follows Good Manufacturing Practices and required work-safe practices
Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
Identify defective items
Review packing list
Performs other duties as assigned
Packers must be able to properly use the following items: box cutter, scan gun, tape gun, tape dispenser, dunnage, and other packing materials.

The Best Candidates Will Have:

Basic computer skills
Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock
Receiving, stocking, and stacking/palletizing
Pulling, packing, and loading
Able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
