Facilities Technician

We’re Looking For A: Facilities Technician 

Location: Chatsworth, CA

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Understand and practice all Golden Bolt LLC.’s Safety programs, promoting safety as a culture to team
• Follow all safety and OSHA regulations and other applicable state and local regulations
• A variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
• Replenish needed supplies from rooms if needed, and bathrooms
• Ensure facilities are clean and organized
• Assist with all additional daily duties as needed
• Protect equipment and ensure there are no inadequacies
• Report defects found within the property to management and maintenance (broken items, electrical & plumbing issues, painting, stained furniture, etc.)
• Maintain the organization of the housekeeping storage rooms

Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to cooperate with other employees
• Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks on a continuous basis
• Must be able to accomplish all responsibilities without supervision or other employee assistance after the training period is completed, and do so without injury to oneself or other individuals
• Ability to participate in cross-functional initiatives and lead teams of individuals
• Self-driven, focused individual with strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity and leadership
